My first WWW Wednesday! I came across this idea last week, thanks to Susan Lyn Knits And Reads and it looked like something I wanted to be a part of. It is hosted by Taking On A World Of Words so check out their post to join in.
The Three Ws in this meme are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently Reading
I’m currently reading A Wicked Trilogy by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I absolutely devoured the Blood And Ash series, and knew I had to read more of her books. Luckily, this author has a loooong list to choose from, and I started with this trilogy as it has rave reviews on Jennifer’s fanpage on facebook. I’ve already gone through Wicked (book 1) and Torn (book 2) this week. I definitely enjoyed the first book more than the second, but looking forward to the story development and conclusion in Brave (book 3).

Recently Finished
The Cursebreakers Series by Brigid Kemmerer. I loved this re-telling, and am glad I picked it up after seeing some reviews about it floating around. A Curse So Dark And Lonely (book 1) has a world and characters you fall in love with and the action is enough to get you hooked. I struggled a little with the initial pace of A Heart So Fierce And Broken (book 2), though the second half is much better, and A Vow So Bold And Deadly (book 3) definitely gets you going again. I would recommend the trilogy, though with a warning that the second book changes POV which can interrupt your pace and makes the read less enjoyable (see this post I wrote about it).

Next Read
My next read will hopefully be Witches Steeped in Gold! This one has been on my TBR list all year, since before it was even released, and I really want to get to it next. How beautiful is the cover?!

Have you read these books? What are your thoughts on them?
Please leave a link for your WWW in the comments 🙂
Until next time,
M

I haven’t heard of the Cursebreakers series but I really like those covers. Glad to know the trilogy as a whole is worth it. Great post!

I’ve read none of these books but the Cursebreakers series and Witches Stepped in Gold are on my TBR. Hopefully I’ll get to the latter soon because I have the ARC and I’ve not been able to pick it up due to a slump.
